HOW MUCH DOES THE CRUISE COST?

Current prices per person, based on two guests sharing a stateroom, are:

• Interior Bella: $990.60 per person
• Deluxe Interior: $1,040.60 per person
• Ocean View Bella: $1,042.60 per person
• Deluxe Ocean View: $1,142.60 per person
• Balcony Bella: $1,280.60 per person
• Deluxe Balcony — low deck: $1,380.60 per person
• Deluxe Balcony — high deck: $1,400.60 per person
• Balcony Aurea: $1,590.60 per person

These prices include the currently quoted government fees and taxes. Prices, taxes, fuel surcharges, and availability may change until your stateroom is assigned and fully deposited.

ARE THIRD- AND FOURTH-GUEST RATES AVAILABLE?

Yes, but rates vary according to the guest’s age and stateroom category. Triple- and quadruple-occupancy rooms are available by request and are subject to MSC’s approval and the ship’s capacity limits. Contact me for a personalized quote.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GROUP RATE?

For the first two guests in an Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, or Suite stateroom, the quoted group package includes:

• Cruise accommodations
• Meals in included dining venues
• Entertainment and many onboard activities
• Premium Extra Drink Package
• Browse Wi-Fi for one device per eligible guest
• Government fees and taxes

The drink package is subject to MSC’s terms, including a daily maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per person.

ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED?

No. MSC’s hotel service charges, also called gratuities, are separate. Guests age two and older may prepay them. If they are not prepaid, MSC will add them to the guest’s onboard account. No service charge applies to children under age two. Pricing is subject to change.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

A deposit of $199 due by October 20, 2026, per person is required when booking an Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, or Suite stateroom.

Deposits for MSC Yacht Club accommodations are nonrefundable.

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

MSC requires final payment 90 days before sailing, which is December 20, 2026. Any reservation that is not paid in full or does not have complete passenger information by the deadline may be canceled.

To help avoid missed deadlines, please follow the payment schedule provided with your individual booking.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?

Yes, I can set up payment plans as well as offer financing through Flexpay (formerly Uplift).

I do not accept cash payments, nor is anyone else authorized to accept payments on my behalf.

Payments should be made via a form of payment so that if for any reason, this cruise is cancelled, MSC can refund your money to the original form of payment.

ARE THE GROUP PRICES GUARANTEED?

Prices are guaranteed; however, staterooms are not guaranteed due to limited inventory until a stateroom has been assigned and the required deposit has been paid. Unsold group inventory will be reduced during MSC’s scheduled reviews, beginning October 28, 2026. Booking early provides the best selection.

Group pricing and amenities cannot be combined with other promotions.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by MSC Cruises.

For this 7-night cruise:

• 90 days or more before departure: Full refund under the standard group policy
• 89–61 days before departure: Deposit becomes nonrefundable
• 60–46 days before departure: 50% penalty or loss of deposit, whichever is greater
• 45–16 days before departure: 75% penalty or loss of deposit, whichever is greater
• 15–0 days before departure: 100% penalty

Yacht Club deposits are nonrefundable, and different Yacht Club penalties apply. No-shows and guests who leave the cruise early receive no refund. Other exceptions may apply, so please review the terms supplied with your booking.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE AVAILABLE?

Yes. Travel protection is separate from the cruise price and is strongly recommended. Ask for a quote before making your final decision.

WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?

Each guest is responsible for obtaining the correct documents.

For this closed-loop cruise, U.S. citizens may generally travel with one of the following:

• A valid passport
• A valid passport card
• An original or certified U.S. birth certificate or original naturalization certificate, together with an original, valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

Hospital birth certificates, baptismal records, voter-registration cards, and Social Security cards are not accepted as proof of citizenship.

Non-U.S. citizens must carry a valid passport and any visa or other documentation required for their nationality and immigration status.

Although another form of documentation may be permitted for some U.S. citizens, traveling with a valid passport is strongly recommended. Requirements can change, so every guest should verify the rules that apply to them before sailing.

WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?

MSC web check-in opens 30 days before sailing and closes 48 hours before departure. Every guest must complete check-in through MSC’s website or the MSC for Me app before cruise documents can be issued.

CAN I CHOOSE MY STATEROOM?

Specific locations and stateroom types within a category are subject to availability. MSC requires each guest’s full legal name and the full deposit before a specific stateroom can be secured.

CAN I CRUISE ALONE?

Yes, subject to availability. The quoted single supplement is 200%, meaning a solo traveler generally pays twice the commissionable portion of the double-occupancy fare, plus the applicable noncommissionable charges and taxes.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Yes. Children may sail with the group. Prices depend on age, occupancy, and stateroom category. Children under age two are not charged MSC’s hotel service charge.

WHAT IF I HAVE ACCESSIBILITY, MEDICAL, OR DIETARY NEEDS?

Tell me at the time of booking. MSC’s Accessibility and Medical Requests form should be completed as early as possible and no later than 30 days before departure. Late requests may not be accommodated.

CAN SOMEONE WHO IS PREGNANT CRUISE?

MSC does not permit a guest to sail if they will have exceeded 23 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy at any point during the cruise. Pregnant guests must submit the required medical form at least 30 days before sailing and should consult their doctor before traveling.

WILL OUR GROUP DINE TOGETHER?

We will submit the group’s preferred dinner seating to MSC. Requests must be made at least 45 days before sailing, but dining assignments are not guaranteed and will be confirmed when we board.

WILL THERE BE GROUP ACTIVITIES?

Yes, we will give more information about planned activities once we have a final head count.
